Our 5.1 class has been busy in the kitchen, #Cooking up a delicious chilli con carne.
They've been developing their cutting skills and learning how to fry ingredients safely and confidently. From chopping vegetables to building flavour in the pan, everyone showed great focus and teamwork. The results smelled (and looked) amazing!

Just before the Easter break, sixth form class 5.1 enjoyed a visit to the new #Vue #Cinema in Basildon as part of the Into Film spring festival. Students practised their independence skills and learned about cinema etiquette. It was a lovely way to finish a busy term.
