We have had a fantastic start to the #CreativeArtsWeek, starting with Circus performer Lucas Jet, who not only performed a show for all our Primary pupils but also ran a series of #Workshops. Our pupils were so engaged and thoroughly enjoyed the event.

#KeyStage4 Creative Topics #Art students have been modeling their masks for their Unit 2 project.
They have completed some amazing masks and some of them will be worn at the Creative Arts Festival.
Their inspiration came from an animal of their choice as well as traditional African Masks.

As this week is #VolunteersWeek, we are looking back to last half term when our Sixth Form students explored the value of volunteering as part of their #PSHE Global #Citizenship lessons.
Each class voted for a mini volunteering project to take part in, and we saw a fantastic range of activities across key stage 5, from making hot drinks for staff and cleaning the school minibuses to tidying outdoor areas and even taking part in a beach clean!
Students had the opportunity to experience first-hand how volunteering can benefit both local communities and their own personal development. It was wonderful to see them giving their time to help others and reflecting on the positive impact they can make.
A fantastic effort from everyone involved! 👏
