Trying to pin-point down some crazy issues led to me getting my wisdom teeth out Tuesday. Let’s just say I didn’t wake up loopy, I woke up UNABLE TO SWALLOW OR BREATHE because I was having an ALLERGIC REACTION. Thankfully my mom could understand me and everyone jumped into action. Today I’m just really grateful for pain meds. Prayers for a speedy recovery over the next few days are appreciated!! #ilostmywisdom
PHEW - IM BACK. At the beginning of December I said goodbye to my day job...and then my health flipped upside down. (That’s what a stress let down will do to you 🙃). It’s been a messy two months of recovering and I’m finally feeling mostly normal again!! Just a little shoutout and thank you to my friends who have checked in on me regularly and love me even through the crazy! 💛 But honesty guys can we talk about why it’s raining and not snowing??? If it’s going to be winter and be cold - AT LEAST SNOW?!? Okay I’m done for now.
My extended break from posting or being on social media as much was not intended to be THIS LONG, but here we are. I’ll be back to regularly posting the beginning of next month as my body still heals from some crazy muscle issues! 🙃 PS I’m finding TikTok to be so much more entertaining than Instagram nowadays. Anyone else??
Favorite time of wedding days: pretty much everything but definitely photographing the finer things - like pretty rings 😍
I’M STILL ALIVE! A “little break” from Instagram turned into a few weeks and I’m not mad about it. BUT, I did photograph my FIRST wedding of 2020 last weekend and my first engagement session, and boy did they set high expectations for this year!! More in my stories!!!
Happy end of 2019, friends. 2019 has been a lot. A lot of happy and a lot of sad. 2019 my business thrived and my health plummeted to the point of terrifying. Stepping into 2020 with more clarity than ever on what I need to do to keep myself healthy and finally follow my dreams. In 2019 I traveled A LOT, I photographed nearly 30 weddings of my own and about 15 for other photographers - while working a day job. I cried A LOT this year, left that day job, and I was forced to slow down when my health went to shit. I’ve cherished my friendships this year and the people in my corner. Last night I wrote down some things for 2020 and while this time of year often brings a lot of emotions - I realized all the amazing things this next year is going to hold and I can’t wait. Cheers to 2020 🎉 . . . . . . #newyearseve #happynewyear #selfportrait #2020 #2019 #mdweddingphotographer #marylandweddingphotographer #mdweddings #mdweddingphotographer #weddingphotographer #marylandweddingphotos #marylandphotographer #paweddingphotographer
Can I post the 400 photos I have sitting on my Instagram planning app on one night or is that frowned upon. I CANNOT KEEP UP 🙃
Kinda can’t believe 2019 is pretty much over. But kinda ready for a fresh slate of a year. Anyone else?? 🙃
Today’s attitude shown by Zeusy. I keep seeing that post about how the time between Christmas and New Years is some kind of time warp and no one knows what day it is - and I 10000% feel it. I’ll be answering emails tomorrow and checking out of office until January 2 to give myself some time off before jumping into being FULL TIME #stillinshock HAPPY NEW YEAR FRIENDS
