NEW BLOG POST! . —> thriveinlaw-blog.com/home/marshaling-mental-agility
Facilitated my last retreat today for the foreseeable future. The topic was (appropriately) stress management, though we had no idea how apropos that would become. This book was a retreat gift. Perfect reading for the days ahead that we can choose to approach with humor and grace. Remember that laughter boosts immunity dramatically! So be safe, stay well, and smile your way to sustained health. #stressmanagement #covid19 #lawyers #thrivinglawyers #thrive #safeathome #keepsmiling
Part of thriving is knowing when to hit refresh. So long, Santa Fe! Hope to see you again soon ☀️#thrive in-law
At this time of year, we tend to be future-focused, and we forget to celebrate the accomplishments of the past year that often fade in the wake of the challenges we encountered. What went right this past year? Take a moment to reflect on that. So many of our forgotten gains can be catalysts for more successes in 2020. What actions/attitudes served you in 2019 that you could continue in 2020 to support you there? Wishing you a thriving 2020!
