The Vessel by Thomas Heatherwick (it doesn't do anything, it doesn't take you anywhere, it has no real purpose except wanting to resemble the Eiffel Tower... And giving you sore muscles from climbing to the top for a view that wasn't quite worth it. It's shiny though 😉) Budget $250M or thereabouts.
