Connection to nature and outdoors Being outdoors has scientifically proven to lower cortisol levels, which is related to stress. Less cortisol equals lower stress levels.   • Happy Earth Day everyone 🌍 For those of you who know us, you'll know we run things with an eco friendly mindset. From the very limited amount of plastic items in the van to the free pint of milk in a returnable glass bottle. Staycations in a campervan are far kinder to the planet than flying and staying in a hotel, which creates a lot of waste in order to keep customers happy. This year, we've also partnered with the wonderful @edenprojects and are planting one tree for every night away. We haven't put out much detail about this yet as people's attentions are focused elsewhere and we wanted to find the right time.
