Wash with Anti-Flake Relief Shampoo (shake well). Leave on scalp for 2-3 minutes, rinse, then follow with your favorite Philip B. conditioner. โ โ 2. Revitalize parched strands with a few mists of Weightless Conditioning Water. Apply to damp or dry hair to add instant shine, moisture and irresistible fragrance. โ โ WEEKLY๐งโ 3. ~1x/week, apply Rejuvenating Oil liberally to dry, unwashed hair, starting two inches from the roots and work it in with your fingers down to the ends.
