May is mental health awareness month so I’ve decided to take a lil break from social media to take care of my sweet lil mind. My intention is to create space, to reconnect back into my internal guidance system and let divine love lead me. I know I’m exactly where I’m meant to be but I’ve noticed I start to forget this truth when I’m taking in so much “stuff” online that isn’t mine. I’m choosing to prioritize me and at the same time I want to make sure anyone who needs/wants support gets it. Can you feel your breath all the way down deep in your belly? If not, move your breath there and notice what shifts. Something I hear every. single. week in my sessions is how easy the breath can shift my people. It opens them up and gets them out of their monkey minds, back into their bodies and back to what matters most. So now that you’re breathing a little deeper what are you looking forward to this weekend ?! What are you loving right now? And what are you creating more space for?

Something I’ve been practicing A LOT is the art of receiving 💁🏽♀️ I’m a giver like a lot of us who were raised and socialized as women - giving too much, self sacrificing, the martyr are just some of low energy archetypes we can take on. The thing is if you’re only giving and NOT allowing yourself to receive the energy exchange is off. You’ll feel it in and with burnout, stress, and resentment which might leave you stuck in cycle that doesn’t feel too good. But all you gotta do is break the old habit with one lol thing. Tomorrow night our Women’s Circle is coming together to hold space for each other to be seen, to be heard, to be loved and to RECEIVE because we/YOU are worthy of it all. just something light 😶 what are you unlearning right now ? Kinda crazy to think about all the things we grew up thinking mattered or were important. And then one day you start to realize oh wait this whoooole life thing is up to me and only me. Some things to think about to awaken that new new part of you ... What new ideas are inspiring you right now ? How can you continue to see yourself without judgement? What new truths are you making your own or that you want to intentionally believe? And how do you get to live your best life by your own rules ?
