2️⃣Banded Abductions: superset with hip thrusts & feel the burn. 🔥🔥🔥
3️⃣Barbell Squats: 🗣🗣 IT IS OK IF YOUR KNEES GO PAST YOUR TOES IN A SQUAT. 
4️⃣Dead Stop Squats: harder than regular squats, make sure to push through heels as you rise up.
5️⃣Swiss Ball Hamstring Curls: rolling the ball back with control is going to be the hardest & most important part.
