Launch day celebrations for VyTA Covent Garden 🎉 A modern Italian restaurant in the heart of London. We kept the design minimal as the restaurant has beautiful interiors and the pictures truly speak for themselves and transform the site. One of the biggest challenges was to come up with a clear, clean way to showcase all their different menus. We ended up creating various « menu experience » pages rather than a simple PDF download to take the visitor through a food & design-inspired journey! . 👉🏼 @vytacoventgarden
🖤 Trust the timing of your life, my friend. It is so damn easy to get caught up in the successes of others. To bring yourself down. To overlook your own achievements. We tend to compare ourselves to others while forgetting that our own journey is what truly matters. All that time we spend measuring ourselves up to what other people are doing is only preventing us from sharing our true purpose. So I wanna remind you, my friend – TRUST the timing of YOUR life. Focus on the wins, however big or small, and keep moving forward. Your best life yet is just around the corner! Tag someone who needs to hear this today! 🖤
My heart is so full right now. I am so honoured and grateful for being included amongst this year’s #20ontherise winners – a celebration of creative minds who are making waves and raising tides 🌊! Being recognised as one of 20 Designers who are rocking the industry through hard workand creativity is not something I take lightly. And since this award is peer nominated, it makes me even more proud and grateful. So I wanna say a big, massive THANK YOU to all those who believed in me and support me on this adventure. And thank you to @risingtidesociety and @honeybook for believing in me and taking my nomination across the finish line! Finally, congratulations to all my fellow inspiring winners! 🎉 To view the full list, click on the link in my bio! #THANKYOU
When I was a teenager, I was training to become a professional tennis player. I used to train 4 hours a day, 4 days a week with tournaments every weekend. Tennis is all about strategy, endurance and precision. Back then, I had a killer signature shot. A sharp, topspin, cross court shot that was flying out the court so fast once it hit the floor, it was nearly impossible to get it. I was KNOWN for that shot! But what people didn’t know is how long it took me to get it right. My trainer would put three cones in the corner where my ball must hit and I would sometimes spend over an hour hitting the ball again and again and again. One day, I lost a big tournament while in the finals. And my last point was lost while trying to do my signature shot. So during my next training, my coach told me: “you’re not leaving until you hit that corner a 100 times. It took me 3h27 min… I remember it to this day. But I also remember winning the match point of the Swiss Junior Championships with this move. And it was a beautiful win. Tomorrow I have some big news! And not only because it’s something I’m really proud of, but because last year I didn’t make it… But I told myself that I will get BETTER and go for it again next year. Well I did… so stay tuned friends! I can’t wait to share it with you tomorrow!
