Meet Danie. * Danie started her journey at BBB in June. We’re 6 months in, almost 35 lbs down, and only making that metabolism move faster by the day. * Danie works her tail off as a biomedical lab specialist and SLAYED her transformation in the process of working on the weekends EVERY Saturday (the best day of her life, always!🤣) after our early morning sessions. At the same time, she busting her hump to be accepted to her top choice PA school! And SHE DID IT! * My relationship with this remarkable woman is a special one. We’re both scientists and driven by what we know metabolically makes sense. She can’t be BS’d into the gimmicks and she sure as hell won’t compromise her work ethic for a quick fix. We upped her foods, committed to consistency, and watched her transform day by day. As a matter of fact, we just upped her foods AGAIN on a carb cycling system. * This girl is a workhorse, and she’s STRONG. She’s forged in iron and COMMANDS every single aspect of her life, fitness included, and these photos prove it. There’s no end in sight for wherever this girl wants to go! * Danie babe, I am SO happy for you! This is only the beginning! I hope you’re as proud of your incredible hard work as I-‘! I love you to the ends of the earth!

Everybody needs a break. * E V E R Y B O D Y. * DISCLAIMER! A break doesn’t mean you need to fly off the handle for several weeks and destroy your progress. It is possible that you can enjoy your nutrition on a daily basis enough to feel satisfied and avoid binging. * A few beers is okay! A few snacks are okay! Some sweets are okay! * However, losing your inhibition completely for weeks at a time signals a potentially unhealthy relationship with food and poor nutritional guidance. * Know the difference! We’re here to help.

Again, I will let Allison speak for herself. * Repost from @bezanka_cakes * I wanted to post this, not so much because it’s a major transformation, but so you can see that changes happen, and every victory should be embraced. I see so many of you working hard and trying...some are killing it and some are struggling at it. So, maybe this can be your motivation to keep going... I will say I didn’t actually need to lose weight, just tone up my muscles...and while some weight loss has happened, those little gains are what you should notice. It’s been less than 3 weeks and I can already see and feel a difference. Why? Because I started fueling my body the right way...and that includes carbs! Lots and lots of carbs (thankfully)...and about 1800 cal per day! I also don’t do a significant amount of cardio (we walk daily and I run but that’s more mental lol), but I do lift...and I lift...and I cuss out Brittany every step of the way (😘). But I keep going and I keep pushing. I would’ve never jumped in this way if not for the wonderful BBB and everything she’s done. So, thanks for helping me and being there every step of the way. 😊 Homecoming will be here before I know it. 😃

I’m just going to leave this here and step away, because I don’t need to say anything about this. This work speaks for itself. *. Ask @kristina.bjornson about her journey. Hear her words. Let her share her success with you. She’s the one who has earned this. * Team BBB💕

IMPORTANT!!! * This is the epitome of fuck awful misinformation put out there by someone perceived as a “fitness expert”. * Recommended daily dietary guidelines for sodium intake per the American Heart Association is 2300mg, and it’s soon to be moved to 1500mg. * Adding 2,000mg to your pre-workout is DISASTROUS for your vascular health. Most of us overshoot the recommended guidelines without adding salt to our foods, let alone our workout supplements. * No doubt that salt will give you “veins like roadmaps” but you pay the price by increasing vascular pressures and affecting the cyclic strain and shear stress in your arteries. * Your body has a “baby’s bears porridge” tolerance of cyclic strain and shear stress. Too little causes vascular disease and too much causes vascular disease. This is how your blood pressure is affected by salt. Vascular disease causes HEART ATTACKS. * If you want to know more about this, I’m happy to discuss it over DM. * As a Cardiovascular Specialist, I feel it is my job to send out a warning that this is DANGEROUS. Please use good judgment when choosing who to trust for your health decisions. * A large number of followers doesn’t mean SHIT.
