💚 "Chestnut class had a visit from two people who work for the NSPCC. During their visit, we were reminded of the types of abuse a child could face and what they should do to seek help. We were given varying scenarios and watched a short film about a boy who was being neglected. I was so proud of how well the children spoke and their involvements in the discussions!"~Mrs Kempson

📖 👣 " Willow Class had an exciting start to the week when the children discovered enormous footprints leading into our classroom! The mysterious footprints were much bigger than any of ours, and everyone was amazed. The children became detectives, searching for clues and discussing who could have left them behind. As they followed the footprints, they found a special book hidden in the classroom, Jack and the Beanstalk. This led to lots of excitement, with many children wondering if a real giant had visited us!"~Mrs Burgess

🐸 🦆 Phase two of Operation Pond is complete! A huge thank you to our wonderful parents and staff who spent their Saturday afternoon emptying the pond, removing the old liner, and digging up weeds. Next up: relining and filling the pond, adding new water plants, and building the viewing deck. What a fantastic addition this will be!
