• Sadly Dr. Hinshaw announced today that now until the end of August there will be no gatherings of more than 15 people. My heart hurts. For our brides and grooms, for my fellow photographers and small business owners and for the wedding industry as a whole. Months if not years of planning go into a wedding and it is devastating to know that what has been planned and worked so hard on will not be as you imagined. I’m here for anyone who needs to talk. There are many bad things happening in our world and yes a wedding can be rescheduled, but it’s okay to grieve and be sad about it too. 🥺❤️

  • • 1 MONTH • A month full of firsts that have been exciting, heart warming and rewarding. Our little Elle Belle / squish / love bug LOVES her snuggles, warm baths and cozy sleepers. She sleeps through Cally’s howls and embraces Ed’s slobbery kisses. She is a twin to her dad when she furrows her eyebrows and has her mamas lips. Ellebri has become a master at FaceTime with her grandparents, aunties and even the paediatrician! She is much looking forward to her first trip for coffee and homesense when this pandemic is no more. Tomorrow was supposed to be her welcome party so we are sad to not be seeing our favourite people but we can’t wait to give them the biggest hugs when we do. 💛

  • We received our newborn photos back from @claudine_lavoie and we are sooo in awe of her talent. Claudine you are a goddess with newborns! I am so thankful we were able to have these captured right before everything shut down. This will be a period of time in our lives for many reasons that will never be forgotten.

We loooove you. For those on the fence about hiring a birth photographer, just do it. It’s not something you will ever regret, especially with @carissamariephotography_ 🖤 I’d also like to say how amazing all of the nurses were to us at the Sturgeon Hospital. They are the real hero’s. And to the best OB ever, Dr. Kerr, I hope you are able to deliver ever babe of ours. What a cool job you have. 👶🏻
