🚨👮‍♂️ A Surprise Visit from the Met Police! 👮‍♀️🚨

Today we had very special visitors at the playground — two amazing constables from the Metropolitan Police zoomed in on their motorbikes and brought huge smiles to everyone’s faces! 🏍️💨

The children were absolutely thrilled to see the flashing lights and hear the roaring engines, but even more excited to hear all about the important work our local constables do to keep our communities safe. 👏💙

They spoke about teamwork, helping others, and how they’re always there when people need them. The kids asked brilliant questions and even got to sit on the bikes (safely, of course 😉)!

A huge thank you to the officers for taking the time to inspire our pupils — who knows, we might have some future police heroes in our midst! 💫

🐾✨ Wild Wednesday Adventures! ✨🐾

Today was anything but ordinary — our students got up close and personal with some incredible animal friends! 🐍🦔🐢🐭

From holding a wriggly snake, gently petting a guinea pig, and meeting a slow-and-steady tortoise, to cuddling friendly rats and even getting to touch a real-life armadillo (yes, really!) — it was a day full of wide eyes, brave hearts, and lots of giggles!

Learning about these amazing creatures sparked so many questions, smiles, and unforgettable memories. 💚

We were delighted start our first day of lunch service with our new partner Apetito. The children were excited to see the new lunch service in place and the school was filled with the wonderful smells of cooking as the lunch was being prepared over the course of the morning. Lots of very happy customers looking forward to more delicious meals to be served over the days to come. 😋 🥘 #schoollunch

Residential trips offer our pupils unique opportunities to bond and acquire essential life skills like team building, resilience, and independence. Being away from home and their families for an extended period can be challenging, and I am both pleased and proud that our Year 6 class has truly bonded and taken excellent care of one another. It’s heartwarming to witness our school’s ethos and values thriving even when we are off site. 😊💪🏻
