How good is your gym hygiene? The gym is a great place to strengthen and tone your body while having fun. But take precautions or the gym could also do harm. New studies are emerging that indicate we touch our faces far more frequently than we wash our hands. A study of 250 individuals in public places in the United States and Brazil found that people touched their faces an average of 3.6 times per hour, and common objects an average of 3.3 times per hour. This rate of self-touching means that people likely get germs on their hands much more frequently than they wash germs off their hands. Every time people touch their mouth or nose, they transfer bacteria and viruses between their face and their hand. Needless to say, most of us donβt wash our hands three times an hour (let alone 23 times an hour). Most experts agree that washing your hands thoroughly, with soap for at least 20 seconds, as often as possible is the single best step you can take toward prevention. But, now is a good time to be aware of how often you touch your face with your hands and try to come up with other strategies to keep them otherwise occupied because your hands are only clean until the next surface you touch. Get your personal ergonomic hand grip to protect yourself and others from spreading germs while using public free weights and machines. The findings were published Nov. 15 in the journal Clinical Infectious Diseases.

Why the wing? β βOur grips provide cushioning and comfort in the palm area. The hand is a very complex and sensitive part of the body, a lot of nerves running through the wrist, which is a bottleneck and thus a problem zone. This is why a good handle design is very important to us. Other grips are often too big, too stiff, sharp, awkwardly placed, and confusing to use. Often only a little thought is needed to design them. This ergonomic wing grip will support your tendons, joints, and automatically put the hand in an ergonomically ideal position. Elevate your gear. Increase your performance πͺ - π· @lp_wolford Model: @jerry_fit_freak
