My beautiful and joyful sister Joy is setting out on an awesome new venture! She is in the process of transforming the gorgeous Angel Hall @ Bowden House community into a really special & vibrant yoga space and community music venue. We are throwing an Opening Day party! There will be back to back yoga classes throughout the day, and lots of wonderful music and dance in the evening, and it's all for DONATION! So you can dip in and out as much as you like, get a taster of the amazing teachers and facilitators who will be using the space... there will be a cafe serving lunch and dinner and snacks. It's going to be such a wonderful day! Hope to see you there ā¤ļø

Such a super special weekend making music, planting trees, and spending an almost impossible number of hours in cuddle puddles with beautiful friends... all one of my all time favourite places in the world: Coed Hills in Wales. Total magic. And 800 trees planted amidst deep prayer, ceremony, laughter and epic sauna jams. Loving how this new cycle is starting out. Blessing up the dawn of the new light āØ

Relaxing into the breath of life, going where Iām invited and where the river takes me, no longer pushing my way onto stage or trying to get something out of connections that I make. Each meeting is a gift, a treasure, and each performance is the song of life flowing through me. I love to share these songs, they are not mine and never have been... and when you thank me for the experience you had during my set, inside I am passing that thanks straight to the source of it all, making space in my being for more presence and more learning. Thank you life, for this work that I love so much. And thank you so much to each of you for receiving it. ā¤ļø

š When i first decided to take the train to Switzerland instead of flying i felt like i was taking 'the hard road' or making some kind of 'sacrifice' on convenience, because no one ever told me how easy and joyful it would be! Seriously, i'm sold! Here are the facts: It took me 7 hours to get from London to Zurich, with one change it Paris. It cost me Ā£180 return and i could take as much luggage (instruments!) as i wanted and as much food (copious flasks of tea obvs!) as a happy hobbit can possibly carry. Did you know it takes little over TWO HOURS to get to Paris from London!? THIS is the EPIC website you need to know about! - https://www.seat61.com/ - this man gives detailed advice and options for all your European journeys and how to book in an uncomplicated way. I'm now researching going to Portugal... so if i leave London in the morning i would get to the boarder of France and Spain by the evening. I would then get into a little bed and arrive in Lisbon in the morning! How good is that! Whether you are carbon obsessed or not, it is just so much nicer by train! Your being has time to adjust to the journey, you can watch the scenery pass by, work, watch movies, whatever, and it is such a relief not to be part of the anti-life airport vibe (just to be clear, i'm not saying i will never fly again - there are some far-away countries that are still calling me). I also love that it forces me to make a little more space in my schedule, encouraging a slightly slower pace, more breath. Just about to go under the Channel now! Chooo chooo! ššš
