From last Friday when we had a sleepover in the lounge, I love these little cheeky faces 🧡 I feel like we’re on the countdown to summer now which is so nice - homeschooling is not really getting any easier, but it does help knowing we’re almost coming to a break 💛💛

So pleased with these little fimo gift tags I made with the girls. We spent one lovely afternoon playing with it and I wasn’t quite sure what to do with all the shapes we made, but after much deliberation we found they make the best present toppers! Also so loved trying marbling and terrazzo pattern making with it, really fun and sensory, perfect for afternoons in a shady spot 🧡

Gifted: How cute are these marbled crayons from lovely small business @crayonbox__ ?! I love how these ones are the perfect size for little hands and a great shape for leaf and bark rubbings 🍃 I also have my eye on the name letters as gifts for friends 🧡❤️💛

I made a simple ribbon garland tutorial for @hobbycrafthq (if you type ribbon garland into the ideas hub section it should come up) - it’s so easy and fantastic for adding some extra cheer to a lockdown celebration 🧡 I’m going to put this one outside with my @fableandmoon balloon garland for my littlest lady’s birthday this summer. The perfect thing for using up your stash of ribbons too, anyone else got an over flowing ribbon box?!

The girls and I made bath bombs on Fridays with rose petals and sweet orange essential oils, and they worked out so much better than I’d expected! We used egg moulds that I never really use and it was really just a case of mixing and squishing 🧡 we’ll definitely be experimenting more...

My botanical jars DIY is over on the @hobbycrafthq ideas hub (just search botanical jars in the search tool) - the simplest thing of collecting natures treasures and displaying them in jars. The girls and I did these on our daily walks and labelled them with the date then looked them up in our nature books, as well as drawing them 🧡 if you wanted to keep them longer you could dry or press the blooms or leaves before putting them in the jars apothecary style 🌿

Like lots of people I’ve been having a lovely time experimenting with tie dye the last few weeks! I’ve created an easy tie dye tutorial over on the @hobbycrafthq ideas hub to make this cute canvas bag. I love that with tie dye you just don’t know quite what effect you’re going to get, it’s always such a nice surprise 🧡
