• Leaving San Fran and heading to wine country this morning - starting with @mummnapa! ✨ Best believe I am giddyyy with excitement.⠀ ⠀ Each day of this trip I’ve woken up early, made a couple client calls, worked through my inbox, given attention to a project and then...actually gone out and made the most of the day.⠀ ⠀ Although a 2-3 hour work day isn’t my long term plan for growing a business, it’s been a great lesson in balance.⠀ ⠀ Things don’t have to be black and white; all or nothing. I wanted to become an entrepreneur to have more freedom, margin, and autonomy in my life. That means working on vacay if I need to, and closing the laptop when I want to.⠀ ⠀ As a true 3 on the enneagram, I will always find a way to create and do work. Honestly, I love it. It fuels me. But I also love a good dose of whimsy, spontaneity, and adventure. It’s not my default, but it does enliven me.⠀ ⠀ This is my balance.
