  • I caught myself thinking: I wish I had more followers. . And then, this video popped into my Instagram feed. Gary was talking about how amazing it is when ONE person clicks that follow button. How amazing it is knowing there is ONE person in this world that is genuinely interested in what you have to say. . I laughed and said, Thank you. . So today, I want to say how much I appreciate you. Thank you for choosing to follow me. Thank you for engaging with my posts. Thank you for watching the stories. Thank you for saying yes to my ideas and points of view (I know they are sometimes out of the box and in your face). . And thank you @garyvee for the reminder. 🙏🏻

  • There's this BIG misconception that if you want to teach something online, you must be an expert, a guru, or an out of this world presenter. . So you spend months, even years learning, investing in the next best thing that promises the world, getting that certificate or diploma hoping it will make you feel like an expert. . You will never feel like an expert if you follow the above path. 👆🏻 Piece of paper will never make you feel like an expert; your inner voice and action you take will. . Don't get me wrong. I LOVE learning and continually invest in online courses that benefit me. I am 100% a nerd hungry for information. 🤓 What I am doing, though, is telling you to STOP hiding behind learning because you are scared to take action. . What will make you feel like an expert is when you see how effectively you can help others succeed through your online course [read TAKING ACTION]. And you’ll never see that hiding behind excuses. #truthtalk . I guaranty if we sat down with a cup of coffee for just 15 minutes, I'd be able to find five things you know and do better than me and can teach me. . So please, go out there and help people with the knowledge and skill you already have. You are enough!. . And, with that, I encourage you to spend this weekend listing every single thing you are good at, something that people always ask you about, things that come so easy to you yet are super hard for many.. . From my point of view [and I could be wrong here], if you are a business owner, sure you'll rest a bit, take it easy and spend more time with family and/or friends, but you'd also plan for the next week, check and clear your emails, make lists and strengthen out your plan.
