Just 3-4 months ago I planted a tiny seed with lots of love and care into the soil. A beautiful bush grew out of it, which gave me delicious veggies. Such happiness to see how nature cultivates what you just recently left in the ground.  This is a true MIRACLE!

For the first time in my life I consciously enjoy all seasons this year. In winter I marveled at the unimaginable beauty of the snow-white mountains and evergreen forests.  In the spring I plowed the land with great zeal planting vegetables and flowers, and couldnโ€™t get enough of apple and lilacs tree aromas. In summer time I enjoy fruits of my labor and thank God for his miracles!  Miracles of life!

You donโ€™t have to do everything at once to transform yourself or your life.  Everything will surely work out, but not right away.  Be patient.

Once you get used to it, replace bread&butter with porridge or eggs for breakfast. After a while add more serious exercises, etc.
