I found this gem hidden in a session from last year. These are my favorite kind of photos. The ones that show genuine interaction and emotion between 2 people. Added bonus-the huge sand dunes that we had all to ourselves.
Ever wondered whether you should do an engagement session? Today’s blog post is for you! Today I’m sharing 3 reasons why I believe engagement sessions are important, as well as some alternatives for destination weddings! (Link in bio)
Do you like camping with your significant other? I actually really like tent camping, and Delaware has some great campgrounds.

I'm going to talk about model calls a little bit tonight. _____ You may have noticed that I put out a model call last week. Tonight I finished notifying everyone who applied. I've been on every side of a model call: I've applied and been accepted, applied and rejected, and I've been the one deciding who is accepted. A few things about model calls that I want you to know: _____ First, if you're not accepted for a model call (or anything really) it does NOT mean that you aren't beautiful or fun or worthy or capable. _____ If you aren't accepted for one call, don't stop applying and responding to others. With me or with other photographers/creatives. _____ If you see a photographer or creative that you would love to collaborate or work with, don't be afraid to reach out to them and say hi. Ask them if they would like to meet or do a shoot for fun. And this doesn't just apply for models/photographers! I've made real life friends from this app, and it's a wonderful thing. _____ And lastly... _____ It seriously means the world to me when people apply to model calls that I put out there. That people trust me to photograph them. I always get nervous that no one will want to do whatever I'm asking. When I say I wish I could work with every single person who applies, I mean it. So if you've ever applied for a model call with me, regardless of whether you were chosen, know that you made my day.
I’m back in Delaware! I’m so thankful for the chance to travel with my family over the past 2 weeks. We hiked through 7 inches of snow in the desert, are lots of Mexican food, and found random yet cool things to do when national parks were closed due to the government shutdown. It was a great trip.
