I always working my booty... any chance I get! While I love what I see, the booty work has so much to do with knee injury recovery and to make my legs stronger. If you say, I need to make my knees stronger... this is what I mean. It’s the supporting muscles that need to get stronger!
Celebrating my booty and leg gains 🦵 I have been in a build phase and really focused on building strength in my legs to better support my preciously I knees, to improve areas of weakness due to over compensation. I am celebrating these legs! They have come so far! I am doing things today at 46 years old that I have never been able to do in my LIFE! You know what is sexy?
