Do you own several dogs? Are you frustrated and at your wit's end because you can get one dog to listen to you, but can’t get them to all listen at the same time!!?? The video linked below was made for you!!! This is valuable information that can help you turn your house into a more peaceful home. As a certified professional dog trainer and CEO of Unleashed Potential K9, at any given moment, I could be training up to 10 dogs in my home. To effectively train several dogs at one time, I use these 3 simple tips. These are necessary to assist me in getting the results I do. The 3 Tips: 1) Train one dog at a time, spend 1 on 1 quality time with each dog 2) Set a pattern 3) Be consistent!! Watch my Youtube video (Link in Bio!) and I will go into more detail on each of these tips! Here is an example of what you can start doing to effectively train multiple dogs: •Training separately, in the beginning, will be helpful until you get the place command dialed. •Always use your dog's name when calling them to come so they learn to respond to their name. For example, say “{your dog’s name} come!” •Then, practice place command and their name for come. •Now you can practice putting all dogs in place. Be sure to use the same order every time so they learn their position when with the other dogs. Same order for kenneling as well left to right. •Next call the dog you want by its name and have the other dogs stay on place. Work that dog for 30-60 seconds and put them back in place. Call dog 2 and work them. Then 3 etc. •Periodically go to the other dogs that are not being worked and are on place, say "Good!" And give them a direct reward for holding place. •Don’t always call them to come and be worked in the same order. They will learn that pattern and anticipate their turn and could break before you call them. Now you can train all your dogs at once and have your training be more efficient and less time-consuming. Welcome to my training field. Something I’ve never shared before so it’s first seen here right now. 🙌😁 I am normally fully present experiencing in the moment and not capturing it. Pictures and words Can not describe what it looks and feels like out here. it is an experience like no other and it leaves us wanting more every time. I train a lot outside and often in the dark or under lights or head lamps. Or THE MOON When many people are inside keeping warm On a Friday or Saturday night I’m out Rollin with the dogs. 😝 always have and always will. THIS is my “seasonal” but epic training field. I captured it for you but experience was mine. 🥰 I am grateful to have the opportunity to be with my dogs here. It’s simple. It’s free just respect the rules of nature and enjoy! Out on the Ice on the full moon night with my dogs is one place you might just find us.
