Let’s include our little tator-tots in our social distancing rides! They’re going through a lot too & being with mom and dad getting some fresh air will only make things better for them. Have a little one who’s not quite ready to ride alone? The Burley piccolo could be the answer!

How are you guys? We miss ya! We’re still here, working as hard as ever to keep everyone rolling. We’re also loving setting parents & kids up with new bikes to ride together during this time. How cute is this daddy-daughter matching combo?

🚨UPDATE: hello all, As we continue to watch the COVID-19 situation, we can no longer ignore the reality that is this ever-evolving virus. We have decided to deploy the following temporary measures. This remains a fluid situation and we promise to communicate any updates as they occur. In addition to enhancing our cafe & bike shop sanitizing procedures, starting Saturday March 21st and until further notice: - We are moving to “100% to-go” take-out serve only for all food and beverage items. All of our items will be pre-packaged up & bagged for you to take home & enjoy. - We are closing all indoor & outdoor seating areas - customers will not be allowed to sit/stay inside the cafe or bike shop. - We are going cashless starting Saturday, March 21st we will only be accepting card payment or apple pay. So please come prepared. Our staff will be washing their hands frequently throughout transactions. - When you are in the store waiting, please maintain a safe distance between yourself and others (6ft). And make all other miscellaneous purchases (cafe or bike shop) quickly and avoid touching what you are not taking home with you. - Bike pick-ups (if you already have a bike in for service) and bike drop-offs for service will continue but by appointment only. Bike purchase will continue, but also by appointment. Please call (262-495-8600) ahead so the BYB team can make appropriate precautions for receiving your bike. We will be sanitizing upon pickup & before you receive your bike. - And most importantly, if you are sick at all, showing symptoms or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 please remain at home in quarantine. If you have been diagnosed with the virus and have been at our store recently please make us aware of this by email: info@backyardbikes.com Again, we anticipate further adjustments to our service but will update our community as the situation changes. Thank you all for your understanding, support and loyalty. Stay safe, healthy, and at home unless it is absolutely necessary to venture out. You may not be at risk, but there are so so many others to whom this could quite possibly become fatal.

🚨UPDATE: Hello Friends & Neighbors, As we continue to watch the COVID-19 situation, we can no longer ignore the reality that is this ever-evolving virus. We have decided to deploy the following temporary measures. This remains a fluid situation and we promise to communicate as any updates as they occur. While we have enhanced and been meticulous with our hygiene and sanitizing procedures. We have decided to close both the cafe and bike shop until Friday, March 20th. We feel this is a crucial decision during this time, especially considering that a large portion of our clientele is not local to our area and many are still traveling. Again, this is a fluid situation and no one can exactly predict what will happen or how this virus will impact all of us. But know we are committed to the health and safety of our employees, customers, & community. We are unsure if we will re-open for the weekend, we do anticipate further adjustments to our day to day operations in the coming days and weeks and will update our community & employees as it develops. As always, thank you for your loyalty and support during this time. We encourage all to practice social distancing, be safe & well!
