If you have ever had an opponent (or even your own defender) stand on the back of your hand only then can you describe the pain. From personal experience I have had several bones broken in my hand over my forty plus years goalkeeping career and it is the worse pain in the world!⠀
Seriously, I actually remember thinking when this happened to me and I was in agony, if only there was something that can protect the back of the hand for a goalkeeper, like a shin pad 😁⠀
It is important to note that this is NOT a finger save goalkeeper glove and the skeleton like protection that covers the back of the hand and fingers, offers that additional protection if in the event a player stands on the back of your hand, accidentally or intentionally! ⠀
Also because of the flexibly of the show shield Guard means the keepers can still make a full first. Which is very important!⠀

Former Student Tom Wooster has signed scholarship forms @manchesterunited 🎉 Tom attend my Barnsley sessions and day camps for a few years until signing for @officialrufc he then stepped up a signed for @barnsleyfc academy and representing @england u15s ,he was Barnsley academies player of the season and attached the attention of Manchester United who have secured his signature.
From the foundations Tom learnt from attending my sessions and all his hard work desire and determination the lad from Barnsley just keeps getting better- well done @tom.wooster1 keep up the great work GOOD KEEPERS DO EXTRA]()
