  • I can now officially say that I own a set of original FIRST EDITION The Lord of the Rings! As a collector I'm completely over the moon. I got these for an incredible price on Ebay, as I don't think the seller realised what there are (either did I so just had to take a chance, and it paid off!). They aren't in brilliant shape but definitely good enough. These are first edition, fifth impression. And are from around 1956.
