Here are some ways you could do this...

Meditation- this can be anything from a still 2 minutes, to a 20 minute guided meditation.

Journaling- find a template online or simply find a pen and paper and brain dump onto it.
.
Go for a walk and slow your mind to wonder.
.
Put down your phone for an allotted town each day or delay picking it up for the first hour or so in the morning and before you go to bed.
