How much rest do you give your mind? . If you get into bed each night with a racing head, or wake up and immediately jump to your to-do-list, perhaps you need to create more mental space for yourself. . Here are some ways you could do this... . Meditation- this can be anything from a still 2 minutes, to a 20 minute guided meditation. . Journaling- find a template online or simply find a pen and paper and brain dump onto it. . Go for a walk and slow your mind to wonder. .
