Snapping as much of spring as I can before it disappears. In the prettiest neighborhood yesterday before the gig.
Back in DC and prepping for our Vocal Arts DC recital next week so here are some more cherry blossoms.
Don’t mind me, just dreaming of this epic piano.
After watching @joycedidonato in her master classes for so many years, it really is surreal to be the person on the other side doing the work with her! Tune in today & tomorrow for our live streamed master classes on @medici.tv with @carnegiehall. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for this experience!
Had to go see this DC staple - but beware, it’s super SUPER crowded. Something they don’t tell you on Instagram...
Pretty interiors. ☺️
I have just fallen in love with the Ohio Theatre. Spaces as intricate & old as this one are getting harder & harder to come by in the states. Second & final Mozart Requiem tonight... I will miss this piece! So lucky to have had the wonderful Maestro Rossen Milanov at the helm, and the fabulous CSO orchestra & chorus. Feeling like a lucky soprano.
Surprised & invigorated at how much Columbus cares for the arts. Did I mention the tacos were insane?
Casual work views.
When heaven becomes a ceiling.
Imagine: you are a researcher, and this is your library.
New mission: find more of DC’s beauty, even if it’s a 30 minute metro ride away. 😍
Hello there you gorgeous city.
Last night’s concert with the DCYAP was at Georgetown University. It is so old and gorgeous, the halls almost creaked with all the past presidents and prime ministers that have walked its halls.
DC’s own cathedral on a cloudy day. It suffered over 30 million dollars in damage from an earthquake ten years ago.
More from the Alley Museum where every side wall had a mural. 😍
Cheers to the architect of Union Station, one of my fav places in DC!
