Are you craving a vacation away from your living room? How about social distancing in Vail, Colorado? Plan. Plan. Plan. That is exactly what it takes to earn free travel through credit card points! Pick a destination and choose your credit card game plan. With flexible cancellation policies (including full refunds), planning a trip later in 2020 is very low risk! Yes, we understand the severity of Covid-19, but we also have high hopes that we will all be traveling by the end of 2020! Point values are at an all-time low, and today we planned a couples trip using flexible credit card points. We combined 3 Chase credit card points to secure both a FREE stay at the Le Barthélemy Hotel & Spa on St. Barts and another FREE stay at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla. Lastly, we used our Delta Amex points to book our FREE flights! On the blog today (link in bio), we break down the exact point values for each part of the trip. Are you ready to earn your own free vacays? We'd love to help you!
Before Covid-19, I had a dozen clients planning trips to Hawaii! An average plane ticket costs $900+/pp from the midwest, without using miles/credit card points. American Airlines & Delta Air Lines are showing roundtrip airfares to Kauai, Maui, Kona, and Honolulu for $393 August-October (out of Detroit). Both airlines are allowing refunds and $0 change fees...and hotels are offering free cancellations in the event Hawaii isn't welcoming back visitors by then-so very little risk to you! Check out the details on google flight's website or directly on American Airlines and Delta. Maybe it's the optimistic side of me, but I think travel will resume within the U.S., including Hawaii by mid-summer. This deal is just too good to pass up and I had to share it with you! Aloha! Counting the days until we can explore the Hawaiian Islands again!
Are you like me? Are you spending way more at the grocery store than normal? Your reward credit cards are noticing too! For a limited time only, these reward cards are offering up to 6x points for each $ spent at grocery stores, restaurants, even Shipt and InstaCart apply. I've broken down the specifics in our latest blog post: link in bio. You'll want to stockpile as many of these points as possible. You are already buying loads of groceries (and toilet paper, haha), so you mind as well earn travel reward points toward your next vacay! Yes, we will travel again and why not travel for free. When it is safe to travel, where will you go? I am still dreaming of Greece!
