I might just go eat the whole thing now...bye 👋 ingredients: 1tsp baking soda 1/4c fresh lemon juice 4 eggs 1/2c @artisanaorganics cashew butter 2 scoops unflavored protein powder (or @nuzest_usa formulated by @lilsipper ) 1c frozen wild blueberries directions: with an electric or stand mixer, mix first 5 ingredients then gently fold in 1/2c blueberries with a spoon and pour into a bread pan. Heart-shaped ❤️ tummy gummies made with @doterra soothing herbal tea ☕️ The PERFECT and healthy Valentine’s Day treat! ingredients: 2tbsp dōTERRA soothing herbal tea 2c water (boiled) 1tbsp pure maple syrup 6tbsp unflavored gelatin (I use @vitalproteins ) directions: steep tea for 4-6 minutes in a medium glass bowl filled with 2c boiled water. add in maple syrup then quickly whisk in gelatin (do this fast so the gelatin doesn’t begin to form chunks). pour mixture into gummy molds or keep in the glass bowl. store in refrigerator until molds set. NOTE: I got my molds on Amazon but you can get any shape you like! Also, such a fun and easy activity for kids!
