It’s easy to smile after organizing the most international athletics competition in the year 2018! IAAF World U20 Championships Tampere 2018 was a huge project: 40 000 spectators, over 40 hours of broadcasting by YLE, 800 volunteers ,1000 coaches and 1500 athletes from 148 different countries! And all this with environmentally friendly way! Thanks to durable water bottles and #drinktapwater campaign we reduced the event’s plastic waste dramatically!
