✨ Let's talk about MAGIC ✨⠀ ⠀ This weekend, I came across a little blurb in the novel I'm reading (The Ninth House) that I 💜:⠀ ⠀ "That was what magic did. It revealed the heart of who you'd been before life took away your belief in the possible."⠀ ⠀ This may sound crazy, but I think ENTREPRENEURSHIP is the most magical thing. What else helps you...⠀ ⠀ 🔮 Turn nothing into something meaningful⠀ ⠀ 💙 Serve people in a way that makes a difference⠀ ⠀ 🌟 Spark your own inspiration and creativity⠀ ⠀ 🌍 Create ideas that make an impact on the world⠀ ⠀ Running your own business can be tiring, overwhelming, and daunting.⠀ ⠀ But it can also be the most fulfilling, empowering, MAGICAL thing you ever do.⠀ ⠀ The magic trick I've discovered is to dream big and know that there will always be bumps along the way, but your purpose will be your guide.⠀ ⠀ 👇🏽 What do you think...is entrepreneurship Magic or what?!

I CAN FEEL GOOD IN MY BUSINESS? For a long time, I tried to do what online entrepreneurs I looked up to were doing. I wanted to put on my big-girl bra and join them, gosh darn it! But, I didn't feel ready... 🙅🏽♀️ I wasn’t ready to dip into my savings to fund the complicated "funnels." 🙅🏽♀️I wasn’t ready to move fast and break things. 🙅🏽♀️ I wasn’t ready for such a big ass risk. So, I began to create new a plan, one that literally had me sighing with relief. It was still challenging, but a challenge I could face without buckling so hard. ✨ It would still help me reach my goals, even if it took a bit longer. ✨It wasn’t as sexy, but it felt more sustainable. ✨It wasn’t as ambitious, but it felt more "me." ✨ It was also a lot more *fun*. Along the way, I learned this: 💥 DO WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD 💥 This does NOT mean that you don’t ever push yourself. But it DOES mean you shouldn’t blindly accept what worked for someone else, without ever pausing to ask yourself if it feels good for YOU. The little space that could 🍃 In the past few months, this little space upstairs in our #DTPHX loft has become: 👩🏽💻 My full-time home office 🧘🏽♀️ A yoga sanctuary 🎬 Film studio 🧺 Laundry sorting room 📚 Reading nook 🏋🏼♂️ Fitness studio In sprawling Phoenix, our home is considered small, but we don’t see it that way. In fact, before the pandemic, we barely had a reason to use this space. But now, I’m oh-so-grateful for it and how versatile it’s become. It's about following your curiosity, wherever it may lead you. 🌟 Made of Stars by @meeraleepatel This is a "journal for self-realization" and the beautiful drawings paired with reflective prompts makes for a perfect quiet morning moment to explore big ideas and daily musings.
