What's your favorite wedding day detail to photograph?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ For me, it's the fine stitching and beading on dresses, shiny rings + bright, fluffy blooms! There's something so special to be found in each detail chosen to be included on a wedding day 💕 
When I say the CRAZIEST thing that has ever happened on a session happened during Sarah's session, I'm not kidding! (Think multi-car accident, right up the block at the beginning of her session, crazy! 😱) That's a story for another day though! Sarah handled the chaos like a CHAMP, and we had the best time touring around Baltimore's Mount Vernon.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Capturing some updated headshots of this sweet friend of mine + seeing her JOY in this season of life last night made my heart so happy. In just a few weeks, I get to work with @rosecourtsphotography to capture some gorgeous, updated lifestyle headshots to help tell her brand story! I would be lying if I said I haven't been "walking" my way through our location to find the best corners and spots on Google Maps!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Do any other photographers do this? I can't deny that I love pre-scouting locations when I can on Google Maps street view!

Every now and then, I get asked about which style of velvet ring boxes I recommend! Do I love the ones with one slot or two? What shape? What color?! To monogram or not to monogram?! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I know there are a lot of options, and honestly, I don't really have an answer for any of these questions! Will you ever need to store both at once? If so, go for the double! If you feel like you may not use your ring box after your wedding day, you'll probably be safe with a single slot!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ COLOR: What are the colors of your wedding day, your invitation/stationery suite + your bridesmaids' dresses? You'll want your ring box to coordinate with all three of these things!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ SHAPE: Is there a shape you've seen that you keep coming back to?! There are SO many options, so just know I want to encourage you to trust your gut here!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I LOVE velvet ring boxes + they're all so special in their own way (and really add a gorgeous pop to your detail photos)!
