  • Can you believe it’s September already?! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As much as I LOVE summer there is part of me that always looks forward to this time of year :) Life feels a bit more structured and it's a great time to get back on track with my healthy habits I may have lost over the summer. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you are in the same boat and want to get back on track, here are a few ways to get started: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ➡️ Aim for 8 cups of water per day. We all know the importance of drinking water but trust me I know it’s so easy to forget! Have 1-2 cups first thing in the morning. Or try keeping a jug of water on your desk at work. I have a water jug that I know if I fill it up and drink it all during the day at work, I am getting my 8 cups of water in. Anything else is bonus! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ➡️ Wanna get back on the workout train? Start now and start small. Pick one thing you will commit to this week. Maybe it’s a 20-minute walk, up and down the stairs 5 times, 10 squats. Whatever it is that you choose to do make sure it’s something that you can follow through on. Next week add something else. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ➡️ As we all know what we put in our body matters, if you want to practice healthy eating habits, meal prep can be a life-changer.   • I have been seeing so much baking all over social media recently, and not gonna lie, I have jumped on that wagon as well. This week I was still wanting to make a sweet treat so I tried out this SUPER SIMPLE recipe from @mydandies ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You guys...they are amaaaazzing. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Here is the recipe: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1. Melt some chocolate, and spread a shallow layer into lined muffin tins. Pop into the freezer until solid. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2. Spread a layer of peanut butter on top, and place a Dandies Vegan Marshmallow in each cup! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3. Cover with more chocolate and freeze until solid! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ YUM! You could use this recipe and get super creative.
