This is soooooo true! These moments are hard for a lot of people but chaos ALWAYS have an order... change and transformation might feel as a horrible thing but this is necessary! We can’t ignore anymore our climate crisis, the fact that we have no respect for nature and our animals, humans eat everything but humans... it’s time reevaluate what we consume, how we consume it... we cannot ignore these issues anymore because we are facing challenges that force us to step up ! . . . . . . . . . . #climatechange #climatecrisis #vegetarian #stopeatinganimals #itstime #changeitup #dontignorethesigns #coronavirus #covid_19 #sars #mers #epigenetics #childhoodtrauma #generationaltrauma #healingjourney #theinneraction #pragmaticlifecoaching
FEAR is what keep you and the society stuck and sick! LET’S WAKE UP! As a society we are stuck in procedures, rules, standards, and morals that might’ve work years ago, but life in itself is evolving if you are not growing you are dying, this is nature this is life. As time passes, we need to start questioning our systems and start changing them as we grow and evolve. The new science has been talking for many years (50) about the theory of epigenetics; IT IS SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN that we control the expression of our DNA through our thoughts and experiences, that EVERY sickness (with a very few exceptions that affect less than 1% of the population) have an emotional origin; and that the central dogma (theory that explains how DNA control us) its now proven incomplete and that the theory of the primacy of the environment (the theory that explains how the environment affects our gene expressions) completes it. It is fundamental to start educating ourselves, what we are taught in school is not going at the same speed that what we discover. We have now been influenced for the last 20 years with a huge cultural changing tool – SOCIAL MEDIA, let’s use it wisely. Let’s help others educate themselves on how changing will bring new opportunities to live an amazing life, to advance as a unify society, and most important so that we can continue existing as a specie.

As you probably have heard before there is a myth that talks about how we only use 10% of our brain capacity, the reality of it is that we have almost infinite untapped potential, as a specie we are built in the same way, you have the exact same amount of cells in your body than Bill Gates, and you also have the exact amount of time in a day. What differentiates you from Bill Gates its 2 things, the belief system that you both have and the actions that you both take. The belief system is what determines what lenses are you viewing the world with, and that belief system is created in your childhood. As Tony Robbins explains your belief system is extremely powerful. If you grew in a non-supportive environment more likely than not your belief system will not be very supportive. My belief system about life was that I had to be aggressive to obtain what I wanted, everyone else needed to validate me to have value, I was angry about my childhood so everything was view thought the lenses of anger, however one tiny change in my angry routine made me aware of that belief system. Here is the beauty, once aware I could do anything because the belief system is flexible. If you change your state of mind by changing the focus, your body will start receiving different orders, and you start to create new synaptic connections in the brain that allows you to have different results and a different belief system. “Neurons that fire together fire together” this is known as the Hebbs theory, the brain cannot recognize the difference between imagination and reality and if you start visualizing beautiful outcomes in your life you are actually firing those neurons together, meaning, you are creating the neurological path to change. The only way to really accomplishing anything that you truly want, is by evaluating your life you far, write down what you have achieve and you have not, how you wake up, how you go to sleep, what you do in between, track your daily routines at least for a week, this will be eye opening. The value in creating a supportive routines is that by repeating the same task you are moving that task from the conscious mind to the subconscious mind.
you have 2 minds, the conscious mind is the creative mind, where ideas are born and awareness exists, and the subconscious mind is the programmed mind, the mind where habits happens. Out the 100% of your brain capacity, 95% its run by the subconscious mind and 5% by the conscious one. From 0 to 7 years your brain its in a theta wave state, meaning you are in a hypnotic state and this is because nature gave you those 7 years to be able to fill your subconscious mind with programs which you downloaded from observing your parents or caregivers. The first thing a newborn learns the first 2 weeks its to recognize the parent’s eyes and voice. Your baby learns this as a reference point for protection, if something goes wrong the first thing your baby will do its look at you to see your reactions. If 95% of your brain its run by the subconscious mind, the invisible mind that you programmed from your parents, most likely you will pass on the family patterns, creating generational trauma. That happened to me, to you and to all of us. Those programs running your life are not yours, they came from your childhood, from your caregivers, siblings, teachers and family members. 70% of these programs are negative, and disempowering create self-sabotage and you are not even aware of it.
Life is about progress, it’s about the process, I have to remember every day that Rome wasn’t built In one day. Why do I say this? We have been trained to achieved goals to be a results oriented society, which what matters is that we arrived but not how you got there. Have you ever achieved the goal so quickly that when you arrived there you thought “is this all that there is?” Felt good for a short period of time and moved on from that previous achievement because it didn’t feel that’s a great thing? Yes, we have all been there and that’s because while you are working on your goals You failed to appreciate the progress. Here is the reality all the learning, the growth, the appreciation, the gratefulness are in the progress. A year ago I open my business and when I look back at what I have accomplished in one year I get very excited because I’m know that the next five years of my life will be utterly amazing, and then the next five, and then the next five... At times I feel I am moving way too slow and I think slow in comparison to what? Other successes, other businesses, my past successes? What truly matters is that I am moving forward it doesn’t matter how slow or how fast I will ultimately will get to my goals, but today and every day I’m appreciating the progress. It’s not easy at times when I feel Like I’m moving too slow, so slow but it’s hard at times to see that I’m moving, but I am and that’s what’s important. If you ever encounter someone who tells you that you’re moving too slow or that your progress is not good, take note of who they are and how long it took them to get to where they are. I’m pretty sure they took really long, so select carefully your mentors and the people you listen to, some people will project their own experiences on to you and their experiences don’t have to be yours. What matters is that you are moving forward, That you celebrate your wins and learn from your failures. The most important thing is have people in your corner that celebrate who you are, that have your back, and that no matter how slowly removing will be there for you, to embrace the amazing human being you are, to support you in your process.
