It's Monday again! If you didn't get on top of your weekly meal planning yesterday, that's okay! Here is a creamy #plantbasedpasta recipe to get you inspired for the week thanks to @jessicaanneh 🍝 . . Ingredients - 1 pack of pasta (cooked as directed on packet) - 1 large sweet potato - 1 small potato - 1/2 cup soaked cashews - 1 small onion - 2 cloves of garlic - 1 tbsp oil - 1/3 cup plant based milk - 1 -2 tbsp nutrition yeast - Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional) - Salt and pepper to taste . . Directions 1. Peel and chop potatoes and place into saucepan with water and cooked until softened. 2. Add onion, garlic and a little oil to a pot and cook until sautéed and remove from heat. 3. Cook pasta as directed on packed. 4. Add cooked onions, potatoes, cashews, plant based milk and herbs into a blender and blend until smooth. 5. Pour sauce into the pot that you cooked the onions in and stir until it bubbles and thickens. 6. Pour cooked pasta into the sauce pot and coat with the sauce. 7. Add into a coconut bowl with fresh kale Enjoy!

These energy balls are nuts! Actually they have absolutely no nuts inside!! 🤪🤷🏻♀️ . We’ve been looking for a #nutfree recipe for awhile and were so happy to discover this one from @allergy_girl_eats These balls are free from peanuts, tree nuts, and seeds as well! They give a nice burst of energy after you eat them - exactly what we were looking for!🌟 . For the balls with toppings, we rolled them in @moringapowder , chocolate flavored vegan protein powder, hemp hearts, and chopped almonds (only one of us is avoiding nuts right now, so the toppings were added for the photo and enjoyed by me!😋) .
