• Hey Family!! In the month of April we are excited to debut our Wellness Wednesdays!! With so much anxiety and stress, we wanted to create rejuvenating moments each week to clear our minds, learn tips to ease stress, healthy eating and provide some home workout ideas. This week Shakeelah @cool_shak , an incredible yoga and meditation instructor will take over our IG and lead us in a yoga and meditation session at noon. We are in this together and we will emerge better and stronger with a clearer mind and body. 🌱

Affectionately known as the “Dean of the Civil Rights Movement.” Lowery co-founded the Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC) with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. In 1965, he helped organize and lead the infamous Selma to Montgomery March. Lowery’s career would see him Pastor in Atlanta, deliver the benediction at President Barack Obama’s inauguration and receive the Presidential Medal of Freedom. He was 98 years old. Rest in Power and thank you for dedicating your life to humanity. 🕊

  • Join us as we stay active while exercising social distancing! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ TN Fit Challenge is a virtual fitness challenge to help keep TN members active during the pandemic. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ All TN members are encouraged to join the challenge by registering for this event by 11:59pm on Monday, March 30th. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The step challenge will officially begin April 1st and run until April 15th. The top three winners will be announced on April 16th. Challenge Directions and Details: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 01.
