{SAVE THIS} 💥How to keep up with healthy habits when things get busy 👇 I’ve been there. And I know it sucks because we KNOW we feel so much better when we make time for ourselves and yet, healthy habits are the first things to go. So how can you make sure you’re sticking to your routine and continuing to prioritize yourself? 🍋 Downsize. If you usually have an elaborate self-care menu, pick your top three things and pepper them int throughout the day. That way you’re cutting down on time but still showing yourself some love. 🍋 Prioritize. It’s much harder to find time for self-care and healthy habits after the day has already gotten away from you. Dedicate your first half hour of each day to self-care, that way it’s done and chances are you’ll be much more balanced throughout the day! 🍋 Reminders. If your intention is to drink a gallon of water but you forget to reach for your bottle even though it’s right next to you, set multiple alarms throughout the day to drink 10 big sips. 🍋 Boundaries. We’re much more likely to cancel commitments we’ve made to ourselves than those we made with others. If something comes up that doesn’t feel right, isn’t urgent or you just don’t have the bandwidth for today, say no. Make time for yourself unapologetically. Pinterest’s BIGGEST advantage over other social platforms 💥👇 How often do you see someone else’s Instagram post five days after they posted it? Hardly ever? Sounds about right. The good news? Pinterest’s algorithm won’t even have properly picked up on your latest pin in the same timeframe yet. If you’re comparing the time, effort and energy spent that goes into creating content, engaging and showing your face daily (hint: there’s none of that on Pinterest), Pinterest is a MUCH better time investment because content has a very long shelf life. A pins half-life is 3.5 months, meaning it’ll only have reached its full potential after 7 months and can still go viral a year after that! Envision this: you’re planting the seeds for a beautiful garden, and in 3-6 months time you’re reaping the benefits as your content is beginning to pick up. 💫 Questions?
