Here is a quick hack that I have been using that works...take any veggie, chop it up, toss with olive oil, salt, garlic and roast for 10-15 min until slightly toasted. Yum and your tired salt-craving adrenals will thank you. 😊

Inflammation is running rampant in our society. From high-sugar diets, to physical inactivity, poor stress and sleep management, and even toxin exposure - our bodies run haywire when our immune system struggles to fight against strong viruses like Covid-19. We want to keep #inflammation under control so our immune systems can fight the fight they need to. So what can we do to decrease inflammation throughout the body? 1. Eat an anti-inflammatory diet. Low in sugar, gluten and dairy but high in health fats, and plant based foods. 2. Exercise 3. Sleep and reduce stress 4.
