I got to see the most beautiful property today. It was amazing to see Kim Moody’s dream of owning her own venue coming true. This property that once served as the homestead to the Massey family will now get to be enjoyed by people for years to come. • People ask me if I’m happy in real estate and if I “really love it.” My answer is a resounding YES. I love it for its versatility and the ability to help make people’s goals a reality in more ways than one. This home was just that, a home, for people but a realtor was able to help navigate the purchase and make someone’s business goal come true too. Homes, business, I get to help people in so many ways through my profession. While I didn’t help Kim buy this beautiful spot I hope I can help someone else do something similar one day. Seeing her enthusiasm and joy for this new adventure made me v happy today. See more photos of this gorgeous property in my stories today.
Showing houses in the rain isn’t the most fun. I don’t mind it though as long as I’m prepared and my buyers show up. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ •⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Unfortunately, sometimes people don’t always meet me after making an appointment. What? I know it sounds sort of odd. Why would you make an appointment and not show up? Today in stories I’m talking about what it means to contact an agent off of @Zillow and why it’s important to keep your appointments 😉
Are you checking out @paradeofhomes this weekend? (Details in bio)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🛠⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you’re thinking about building (or just looking for some design inspo 😉) Parade of Homes is a great way to see multiple builders and styles at one time. Some builders will build in neighborhoods and some can build on a lot you already own. If you see something you like it’s great to contact an agent (🙋🏼♀️ I love new construction) to talk about getting started with a builder. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ❓⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Wondering about working with a builder and how an agent can help? I’m covering how Realtors work with Builders in my stories today.
