The CAU Art Museum is among the HBCU museums whose collections are considered national treasures.
The week culminated with a special visit from the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History & Culture to CAU and the CAU Museum to discuss a partnership among 5 HBCUs to enhance their ability to care for and share archives that tell the story of African Americans and their central role in American culture and history. We are #PantherProud to be selected for this five-year project, which includes
internships, training and a traveling exhibition of artifacts from the universities’ collection.

Engagement Meeting! President George T. French, Jr. thanks the participants for visiting the campus and for selecting #CAU as the host venue. The meeting
