I can’t complain about my coworkers. They definitely make the day go by faster. Are you remembering to take time for yourself during all of this? Little moments to laugh and smile? What is something fun that you’ve experienced this week? Let’s focus on the positives ❤️
Putting my trainer on a cat scratch tower is close enough to the real thing, right? 😂 While we’re cooped up at home it’s so important to keep moving, and I’m super grateful to my trainer, @trainlikelauren for kicking my butt and pushing me even at a distance! And for the record - I can’t lift my arms right now 😂 They’re dead - she killed them 💪🏻
The other day a friend messaged me and said “is this you?!” sharing a photo from my Instagram. I said “yup.” She was shocked because she knows I hate having my picture taken. Even now, as I push myself out of my comfort zone to share more selfies, I cringe each time. It’s not because I don’t love myself or love my body - it’s because I don’t want the negative criticism that always seems to occur when a woman shares a photo. I’ve been afraid to share photos because I don’t want the trolls hitting up my feed. In a time where everyone is already on edge and feeling stressed, can’t we just be a little more kind? Remember: You are worthy. You are beautiful. And you are enough. ❤️
#ClientSpotlight! I have the coolest clients! This is inside a BUS! 🤯 I’m so excited to see where we take this, and am looking forward to sharing more! We’ve already grown her social media to well over 1400 followers and more are being added daily, and we haven’t even launched yet!
Just keep breathing, supporting and lifting up others. And find kindness in your heart not to tear others down. I’m seeing nasty comments coming through on mine and others social media - it’s unnecessary. There’s enough going on right now - let’s just be kind to each other. #BreatheIn #BreatheOut #justbreathe
