Let’s talk about boundaries. As you bring on new clients or work with existing clients, one of the most important things you can do for yourself is to set boundaries. For most of us, we don’t work 24/7, but if you respond to messages or work into the wee hours of the night, you’re giving the impression that you do. It’s OK to let a message wait until you’re back on the clock - set your hours for customer support and respond during your work hours - make sure you’re taking care of yourself or you won’t be able to help your clients or customers. #Selfcare is critical for the success of your business.

Pets bring so much joy and love to your home! And people with pets have been found to typically be happier! Do you have pets? 😍 My boys have helped me through so much. These guys have been with me through 6 moves, 2 terrible break ups, starting a business, struggling in that business, getting married, ramping that business back up, finding success, buying a house, moving into a tiny house, and now I’m back in school for a masters degree and we’re getting ready to move out of the tiny house. Life can be crazy hectic sometimes. These two have been my cheerleaders along the way. Find your own cheerleaders, human or not, and keep going!
