Thank you to everyone who submitted songs for Memorial's traditional graduation procession. The top 3 choices are in, and now it's up to you to decide which one will set the tone for this unforgettable moment.

Voting will close at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, May 20. Each student receives one vote, and participation requires the use of your PSDBlogs account.

🎉Memorial Composite High School is proud to announce Brayden Laurie as the Class of 2026 Valedictorian. 🎉Throughout his time at MCHS, Brayden has distinguished himself through outstanding academic achievement, a strong commitment to school athletics, and meaningful involvement in both school and community initiatives. His passion for learning, particularly in mathematics and the sciences, has been matched by his dedication to multiple athletic teams, where he has demonstrated leadership, perseverance, and a team-first mindset. Beyond the classroom and the field, Brayden has made a significant impact through his contributions to programs such as Rotary Interact, peer tutoring, and community fundraising efforts. He exemplifies the values of excellence, leadership, and service, making him a deserving representative of the graduating Class of 2026!

Brayden has been accepted into the Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology program at the University of Alberta's Faculty of Kinesiology, Sport, and Recreation, where he plans to pursue studies in athletic performance and overall well-being.
