Grades 11 & 12 Only: Parking is first-come, first-served in the rows behind staff spots. You must register through the Google Form located on our website and display your permit at all times.
Lost pass: Please come to the Main Office to replace your pass. There will be a $15 fee.
Avoid Getting Towed: Never park in staff, visitor, CTS, or fire lanes. Violators will be ticketed or towed at their own expense.
Follow Lot Rules: Max speed is 10 km/h. No idling, loitering, or littering—breaking rules (or speeding/stunting) means losing your parking privileges.
In a Fender Bender? Swap Info: Exchange names, contact details, insurance, and registration with the other driver immediately.
Document & Report: Take photos of damage, gather witness details, and contact the school office or RCMP for assistance (or 911 if injured).

School Start Up Dates & Times:
The following dates can also be found on the MCHS public calendar that is available for printing or downloading to your device.
We will be open in the Fall as follows:
August 20 - Open during regular business hours (8 am-4 pm), except 11:30 am-12:30pm.
August 21 - Closed for Professional Development.
Aug 24-26 - Open during regular business hours, 8 am-4 pm
August 27 - Closed in the morning, re-opening at 1 pm.
August 28 & 31 - Open during regular business hours, 8 am-4 pm.
September 1 - Gr. 10 Registration Day - Gr. 10s attend only. School pictures will be taken and ID cards given out. Barbequed burgers and a drink will be provided for lunch. The cafeteria will not be open.
September 2 in the AM - Gr. 12 only for school pictures and ID cards
September 2 in the PM - Gr. 11 only for school pictures and ID cards
September 3 - First Day of Classes for all students

Textbooks & Materials - If you have any items belonging to MCHS please return them in the fall to avoid unnecessary fines.

Yearbooks - 2025-2026 yearbooks will be available around December 2026. Yearbooks from 2024-2025 will still be available for pick up in the fall if you have not already picked yours up.
