To keep the original panelling, stable door & sliding sash window; our clients commissioned us to make a table with matching benches which worked around the period architectural features & the new kitchen. The design included a stunning piece of Oak, unusual joints & dimensions, with a luxuriously dark quartz top cut to a unique shape to fit the space perfectly. ✨The kitchen sink ✨ People are usually quite sure on where they want their sink. It’s often over looking the garden & it’s a place where people have a lot of beautiful childhood memories ~ like washing up the cake mixing bowl ✨ Design wise the obvious things are to position a dishwasher & food bin next to the sink. Less obvious things are to think about are where you want the tap if your sink is sectioned into one and a half bowls - think carefully about positioning so the water can reach into all the corners.
