Father, we thank You for your constant presence in our lives. We thank You that You are a God who is rich in mercy and abounding in grace. Lord, we ask You to deepen our love for mercy and keep us ever mindful of Your great mercy for us in the gospel. Please teach us to walk humbly in our lives. Guide us to places of deeper love and humility.
Father, we thank You that You are a God of justice. We pray for all those who face grave injustice and discrimination across the globe and ask that You would intervene and bring about change. Lord, we pray You would heal the wounds of those who have been treated wrongly and bring about peace and restoration. In Jesus’ name, Amen. #blacklivesmatter #blackouttuesday #westandwithyou

Mark 12: 29 “The most important one,” answered Jesus, “is this: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. 30 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ 31 The second is this: ‘Love your neighbour as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.”
Never forget that you are created in God’s image and you are so dearly loved by your Creator!
Never forget that you were fearfully and wonderfully made by the Lord for such a time as this! For this moment in history, in your city, in your job, in your family, for such a time as this! For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?” - Esther 4:14
