“How did you do it Farah?” One of the most asked question I get. To anyone listening to me today...I’ll tell you this, I’m not special. But here is what I had to do for myself - The moment I stopped worrying about people’s opinions of me, that was the moment I released myself from the invisible shackles that were holding me from my full potential. Its human nature to fear the unknown… but I say use that as your sounding board rather than have it paralyze you from what could be. Concerning ourselves with people’s opinions of us is the reason why you’re depriving the world from your magic. If I have learned anything along the way, it’s that believing in yourself will lead to others believing in you. To succeed in life, you need to love what you do because it’s what’s going to get you through the tough times and the uncertainties that come with a career or building a business. Through it all, you will fall a few times, stumble, fight through what can seem like uphill battles…look at them as learning experiences that will help you grow rather than see them as mistakes. Love yourself enough to do what makes you happy. You owe it to yourself. Celebrate the successes but remember to stay humble, help those who need a hand, and most importantly, never lose sight of your WHY A quote I cherish by @Oprah : “I’ve come to believe that each of us has a personal calling that’s as unique as a fingerprint - and that the best way to succeed is to discover what you love and then find a way to offer it to others in the form of service, working hard, and also allowing the energy of the universe to lead you.” Question of the day: why do you follow me?
How pretty is this Crystal Chandelier? Wrapping up my trip to Austria and so thankful to @lampsplus , @swarovski and @schonbekofficial for inviting me on this private tour at Swarovski! This was truly a magical trip! To think that I grew up knowing Swarovski, seeing my mom collecting their figurines and owning pieces myself, and now getting a private tour of their beautiful facilities! I’m so grateful! Austria is beautiful and I’ll forever remember it!
My tree from another angle💕 what’s the one word you would use to describe my tree this year? ❤️❤️❤️My trip to Innsbruck, Austria has been magical so far. I shared so much in stories. Tomorrow I’ll be going on day 3 filled with a schedule that I know will def leave me feeling inspired just like today thanks to @swarovski and @lampsplus ! For now, I want to wish you all a good night and may you always stay blessed.
I don’t think I’ve posted my basement trees yet? Here they are! Tomorrow I’m heading to Crystal World... @swarovski ! As Brand Ambassador to @lampsplus I have been invited by @swarovski to head out to Innsbruck, Austria to tour the Swarovski HQ, and to get to see how they come out with their gorgeous designs! I’ll be the first person getting to see it all after some changes have been made which is beyond exciting! I can’t wait to take you all with me and show you behind the scenes all the beauty that I’ll get to see there! This is going to be like my kind of Disney World! Question of the night: where has been the most magical place you’ve traveled to? Or where would your dream trip be to? Doesn’t have to be an international trip! Would love to read your list!
Will: “ soooo I heard you went on a shopping spree yesterday”. Me “whaaaa???” Will: “ honey, when you hide your bags in the car and don’t want me to know about them... don’t talk about it in-front of your 5 year old son” 🤦🏻♀️ my son snitched on me. And just before I get comments about how this is degrading to women, my husband doesn’t Care what I spend. His issue is that we literally don’t have any more space in our home with all the things I already have. So to avoid a lecture over how much I need to purge, I simply keep the bags In the car until there are no witnesses to my crime 🤣 who can relate?
And my family room is ready for the Holidays!
