1st and 6th Grade buddies gathered in Noholoa Park to get to know each other. They played games and developed their own secret handshakes! It was a fun activity for our students to fellowship with their older and younger classmates.

The junior and senior leadership retreat at Camp Waianae was a great bonding experience! Our Student Leadership Team took on the mission of leading the student body through the two-day overnight camp. Looks like the mission was a success as there were fun activities, smiling faces, and many memories made!
A big MAHALO to our guest speakers Pastor Clint Chinen and alumna, Christen Silva for speaking to our students. Also, mahalo to our Upper School teachers for chaperoning.

Upper School Applied Engineering students paired up and designed wallets based upon the instructions from their partner. Their process was to, EMPATHIZE, DESIGN, IDEATE, PROTOTYPE, and TEST. Prototypes were made of duct tape where it could be refined after review. Students then had the option to make the wallets from leather.
Mahalo, Mr. David and Ms. Komine, for this worthy investment.
