CINNAMON-CHAI GRANOLA. This deliciously spiced granola is the perfect, low-sugar breakfast paired with creamy coconut yogurt and fresh berries. This recipe uses my fave chai masala blend from @steenbergsltd and @coyo_uk dreamy coconut yogurt. • Make this granola to help support male fertility as it’s jam packed with nuts. A study showed that the inclusion of nuts in a Western-style diet significantly improves the total sperm count and vitality, motility and morphology of sperm.
