I finished this book last week and I can honestly say it’s been so impactful on my soul. I know every person has different experiences, but this book(and Jesus) literally helped me to process through some things I had been beating myself up about. Regardless of the season you’re in, I HIGHLY recommend this book by @lysaterkeurst. The funny thing is, I have a quote by her in Sydney’s bathroom but I hadn’t read anything by her until this book. And now I’m reading another one of her books. Have you read this yet? How did it impact you if you did? 
I’m a creature of habit and schedules. I like to know what to expect. Usually I only work in my office but sometimes I have to work on my laptop inside the house and it throws me off 😂 Today is one of those days and I wanted to just give you a little encouragement: be adaptable. I’m learning to do this as I get older because I like structure and sometimes we can’t have what we want 😂 Swipe for the reality of what I look like working from my bed. (You’re welcome)

Dear mama, You’re doing great. Even if your hair and makeup isn’t done, your kids are eating chips and watching tv. This scene would normally give me extreme guilt. Let alone post it on the internet for the judgement police to give me opinions I didn’t ask for 😂 I’ve been waking up every day reminding myself how loved I am by God, no matter what my house or face looks like. I am loved and I’ve also been mindful of not yelling at myself for “failures” and stopping myself from yelling at my kids for (insert whatever expectations I have here) Just want you mamas out there to know you’re amazing and loved by a God that is pretty incredible. That’s all I have to say today. Love to you❤️
