First the bride did the splits, then the brother and then when the Dad did it the room erupted with screams.

Gideon getting emotional as he sees Lola coming down the aisle. This was a gorgeous wedding planned my @tiffanieelliott at @mmusicworks - it is the first wedding I’ve photographed with aerialists swinging from the ceiling like trapeze artists. It was super cool!

Paige is I believe the only bride I’ve ever photographed who dove onto the dance floor from the stage at her reception. It was a fun night to photograph! #nashvilleweddingphotographer #cheekwoodweddings #stagedive #crowdsurfing #southernbride #photobizfaves

A few from Paige and Bryan’s gorgeous wedding at Cheekwood back in September. It was sweltering hot that day but you’d never know looking at them.

Kate and Blake at The Cordelle back in October. It was a super fun wedding. I’ll post a few more from this one tomorrow. Planned by @brucepittmaninc - his weddings and @thecordelle weddings are always amazing so as usual I’m just bummed that I cant load all 2,000 photos to each insta post. #nashvilleweddingphotographer #instainspiration #photobizfaves #radwedding

From the annual Revel party celebrating the anniversary of the repeal of the Volstead Act (prohibition) put on by Green Brier Distillery and planned @elliottevents Guests were asked to dress as bootleggers or 1930’s outfits. There was burlesque, blackjack, magic, shadow dancers, and great performances by The Willies. Fun night!

And it was all yellow This was my coldest session over the past year. It was well below freezing but we had the session planned for a while and it would be tough to reschedule so we pushed through. I’m glad we did. It’s always great to see some of my past wedding clients for baby and family photos. #nashvillephotographer #maternityportraits #babybump

I survived! I broke my leg the night after I took these bridal portraits for Karah. It was just a little over two weeks ago. For the past two weeks I’ve been worried about my ability to shoot her wedding today. The Orthopedic doctor told me he thought I could be off of crutches and getting around in my boot in a little over two weeks and even this morning I was loading up on crutches and afraid to take those first few steps without them but I did at the last second when I got to the venue and I’m very happy with the photos we got today. Unbelievably after walking around all day only two weeks after breaking my fibula I feel great. If anything my broken leg feels better than my other foot that I kept most of my weight on all day. I’ll have to miss out on skiing this year but I’m healing fast. My next wedding is on the 18th and at this rate I’ll bet I can be out of the boot and running up stairs. #nashvilleweddingphotographer #weddingphotography #isaisyes
