Year 4 Ferguson loved launching our new science topic, sound. We used rulers, water, drums and our own voice boxes to understand how vibrations make sounds.

Year 3 Daimler have won the award for highest attendance 4 weeks running! We enjoyed a treat of yummy cakes today 🍰

Year 3 have been learning all about the mummification process during our Ancient Egyptian topic, we made and followed instructions to mummify tomato’s! We will leave them for 40 days to see if we preserved them well 🇪🇬🍅

Today, Year 1 took a walk in our local area, to see if we could spot people who help us, or places we can get help with different things. We saw lots of familiar places where we can get help with- the doctors, the pharmacy, the library and lots of shops! Lots of the children could identify lots of the amenities in our local area and how they help us. We also saw some postmen and a bus driver! #localarea #wonderfulpeople #theJCway
